I subscribed to twitch.tv/srkevo1 at july, but for some reason , when I looked at my subscription page , I don't see "no renew" button, and I want to unsub from that channel. Please fix this problem.

Suggestion: Add more features to Turbo!
Your Turbo package is well-known for being laughable and frankly insulting to your users, sorry to say. $8.99/mo for a badge and some emoticons? It should be $2.99/mo or less for that. Maybe that's why in a chat of 2,000+, I only saw one person with Turbo status.
My suggestion is: rather than reserve all of the good features for your restrictive partner program, like transcoding, why not offer them to paying Turbo members? You make it difficult to become a partner when so many of us just want the transcoding so we can stream in HD without breaking things for people with lower bandwidth. Add that single feature to the Turbo package and I'll pay the $8.99. As of now, it's useless to me and many others. Who really cares about having a battery next to their name?

Turbo for Streamers
I've looked at your Turbo mode, but it doesn't say who's gonna get the money, so I assume it goes to Twitch. I would love to see some mode where most of the money goes to streamers. For example, based on the time I watched various streams, the money gets distributed to the streamers at the end of each month. I don't even care about any additional features (like ad-free, emots). I just want to support all the streams I watch fairly. I would pay like $20 a month. I estimate that some streams would get even more than $5, some less than $1.

Hello i recently Subscribed to Voyboy, he usually has chat on submode so i said something and no body reacted to what i had said so i asked "please respond if you see this message" multiple times and nobody said anything in return i tried a multiple number of days and sent Voyboy a PM but i guess since he is so popular he doesnt have time to look at all of his messages. I dont think im banned and if i am i dont know why.

Dollar-Euro conversion via Paypal
If i am going to subscribe to a Twitch channel that requires a 4,99$ fee, am i able to pay this fee with the equivalent in euro by paying with Paypal, or do I have to convert the required amount first on my Paypal account?

Subscriber Feature
Hey, I am from germany and apparently Paypal does not allow me to use a monthly subscription. This applies to all of germany. An easy way to change that would be giving us the Options to subscribe for a set amount of time (1 month, 3 month....). Credit Card is not an option for me right now.

Hello, so I've got about 70 € on my paypal account just sitting there, so I just though about getting a subscription for a good streamer that I watch... But the problem is , When I'm about to get it , it shows that it'll pay about 70 % of the price with credit card , so the main question is , can I not pay the subscription with paypal and only paypal balance?

I can't see any sub buttons on any channel anymore.. Like I go to www.twitch.tv/thegreatgq and I can't see his sub button while he normally has one.. Is this a bug ?

"Twitch Exclusive Deal" Ads
Hi,
I currently have a subscription to Twitch Turbo. Today, I noticed that there was a small popup that appeared over my video that said "Twitch Exclusive Deal: Take 35% off Splinter Cell: Blacklist (PC) at the UPlay Shop. Sorry, NA Only!". Not only that, but the URL of the link was a bitly link, so it could have been a virus for all I know. But others were also seeing the message, so I know it wasn't just me.
Now, as a paying customer who purchased Turbo to support the community and for the ad-free experience, I am very disappointed to see these new sketchy ads. Are these ads a new "feature" of the site? Because if so, I am very afraid of the slippery slope that Twitch is heading down.

Can not cancel subscription
Hi, I would like to cancel a subscription but it doesn not let me. When I go to http://es-mx.twitch.tv/subscriptions then click payment info it redirects me to a page with this message "Sorry, subscriptions not available currently for this product" and when i check in the channel it appears as if i was not suscribed. Also i just received a mail wich tells me that the renew fee has been payed.

I bought the digital bonus pack from the gearbox where the shift codes and the extramaterial that came with the comunity day.
it says that you should get the important codes sent by email, but I have not received any email, of any sort.

So, I went ahead and sent an order for two tee's and a hoodie, Hit the 'check out' button, and paid, but I was never prompted for a shipping address. Where do I find where it is going to be shipped, and If it isn't the correct location, How do I go about changing it?

I just saw a popup about the twitch store only being open 5 more days. I'd like to know how to access this store as I only receive a "SOMETHING ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY. Thanks for being patient while we identify and resolve the issue." message.
I assumed the URL: http://store.twitch.tv/ is correct and that the server is just getting swamped, but I'd like to see what's available.
