I want to subscribe to someone through Paypal, there's a bank account number added to my Paypal account
but for some weird reason when I continue to pay with paypal it asks me to add a card number though visa, etc...
If I wish to pay through paypal, why do i need to add another bank account number?
PS: I live in Belgium
