Hi, I've always been able to subscribe to people through PayPal without any trouble, but now when I try to subscribe to someone it asks me for credit card information. I simply don't have a credit card and its never asked this before.
Is this a twitch problem or simply something that's been changed, I would really dislike it if I couldn't subscribe to people anymore because I don't have a credit card.
