So I recently closed my old twitch account that had canceled subscriptions but this is the 2nd time this has happened where Twitch keeps charging my Paypal for 4.99 for a subscrption and since i dont have any money in my account atm i get a NSF Fee f and i want my money back and for you to stop ripping me off
