so i have recently switched banks and i have gotten a new card so when my sub to this channel ended and i tried to resub
i can since it says that i already have a sub plan for this channel
i have tried checking under subs in the setting menu but i dont see the channel anywhere there
is there anyway that i can be made able to re sub to this channel ?

Wont let me Subscribe again. You already have a subscription to this plan.
So I go to a channel I have been subbed to for like 3 months. When I go to the channel I notice i'm not subbed. I though my subscription just expired so i get my credit card and try to subscribe again, it wont let me. It keeps saying this You already have a subscription to this plan. And I went to subscriptions and it didnt show the persons channel there. Also when I went to the users channel it didnt show me as subbed on chat or on the icon. Can someone help me to figure this out so I can subscribe to this person.

Are those shirt sizes real?
I may need to cancel my shirt i just bought and get a bigger one, the one i bought says its 20" which i didnt realise until i bought it. are they kids sizes? and if they are.. why?!! i need clarification otherwise i need a refund or swap for bigger size. 20" just aint gonna cut it haha!

Credit card declined - says contact your support
So basically i made this account to buy a ad-free sub to a channel. I didnt realize at the time but no videos were really loading, looking back i noticed.
I tried to buy the sub and my bank blocked it for "being suspicious". I got that resolved in my e-mail and it said retry. So i did a few times and it still said there was a hold on my card.
I then realized something was wrong with my cookies or cache or something as no videos on twitch.tv directly was loading, clearing all that resolved the issue. So i assumed the payment issue would be resolved.
Now it says your side is declining it apparently, probably because of failed

Problem with Subscription of stream I've already paid for.. GomEXP
A few weeks ago I signed up for the GomEXP Yearly GSL ticket. I paid for it already. This morning I went to watch the VOD from the Code A matches last night, and when I click on the video it says "Subscribe to GSL for 19.99" - As you can already guess, this is quite annoying as I've already paid and should have access. No idea how to fix this. Please let me know what I can do to fix this....

Switch subscription to someone who actually streams
I subscribed to someone over a month ago, and it recently automatically renewed. While I really like the person I subscribed to, he just never streams. His last stream was 12 days ago.
Would it be possible to switch my subscription for the remainder of this month and then the monthly renewals over to someone else who actually streams more frequently?

Sub/CVV/Expiration Date error
I'm trying to sub to a channel and I enter all my card info correctly and when I click purchase sub, I get "The security code (CVV) or expiration date you entered does not match. Please update the CVV/Expiration Date and try again" message which doesn't make sense since its the same card I've been using for my Turbo sub. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

My subscription was not renewed, can't resub.

So, when my sub month ended, i had not enough money on my virtual visa card to renew it, so now i'm not subscribed(No subs on subscription screen). But when i try to resub, i have an error which says "You already have a subscription to this plan."
I didnt change any of payment options.

Is it a one time payment of $5 to subscribe to a streamer or $5 a month? When I went to subscribe to a streamer, I noticed it said 4.99 / Month and got confused because I thought it was a 1 time payment.

Subscription Did Not Auto-Renew But I Can't Resub
Purchase Support,
I have emailed several times over the last week and have still not received a response. I subscribed to a channel that offered one free month but it did, apparently, did not successfully transition to the paid subscription. I did not receive any sort of email letting me know of any issues and, if I try to resubscribe, it tells me I already have that plan.
Please help!!

When i click pay with paypal, nothing pops up, like there is a pop up blocker active or something (which there is not). Nothing appears when i try click on creditcard either?

Teespring
Please do not do business with Teespring again. Their quality is crap! I bought a Twitch Hoodie and it came with a hole in it! They also shipped my purchased late without informing me of the delay until two weeks later. This is not a company that you want your brand associated with.
I have already contacted Treespring with my disappointment in both their product and service. I am posting here to let Twitch know that I won't purchase their awesome swag if it's made by Treespring.
Is there a better way or place to let Twitch know how awful Treespring is?
